Bleaching Oil Farmavita Life Lightening

After the birth of my son, I didn't lighten my medium-brown (closer to light) hair for two years and was looking for something interesting and non-aggressive. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I tried Farmavita Life Lightening with a 9% developer. Unfortunately, even after the second and third attempts with a 12% developer, the color did not become deeper or lighter by 2-3 shades. I left it on for 45 minutes each time. The result was a playful creation of very warm golden highlights that cannot be covered up with a cool toning balm or purple shampoo. I solved the problem by adding very light strands with special Wella blondes. I won't be repurchasing this "miracle oil," as I expected much more. I am disappointed.

I bought this product at a store, and it comes in a large size that will last for hair down to the waist. The formula is designed to lighten natural hair (my dark brown roots were lightened to a beautiful golden shade). The rest of my hair was dyed dark brown, and after using this product, it became one shade lighter. However, my hair also became softer and shinier, as if the formula had cleansed it from accumulated dye.
