The strips perform their task effectively! They don't tear in my hands. I used them on my face, cutting the strip into two parts. I powdered the area, and everything came off wonderfully. I wiped it with a tissue, washed my face with a facial gel, and applied cream. There were no irritations. The wax on the strips is genuinely very soft, so you need to stick it on correctly the first time. It doesn't work well for hair removal on the second try. They are a great alternative when you can't go for sugaring.
