I gave this product 3 stars for its ingredients, packaging design, and enchanting scent, just like the conditioner from this line. However, the shampoo did not work for me at all. On the contrary, it made my hair dry, dull, and very frizzy (I stopped using this shampoo with the conditioner after a week, and my hair returned to normal and stopped being frizzy). I have straight, thin hair of medium thickness, with a length below my shoulder blades, and it is dyed with high-quality, ammonia-free professional dye in shade 4. This shampoo and conditioner combo was my first time trying it, and it did not suit me at all. I have been using organic and natural cosmetics for at least 5 years, and I have never seen my hair look like this after washing it.
This is a pretty good shampoo, I've been using it for the third time now. When combined with the conditioner, my hair becomes soft, manageable, and doesn't get frizzy.
