First, thoroughly wet your hair with hot water. Hair has a protein structure similar to a "spikelet," and hot water opens up its cuticles. Apply a small amount of shampoo, about the size of a teaspoon, and massage it well into your hair. You can dilute the shampoo with a bit of water in your hand if desired. Rinse out the shampoo and apply conditioner or a rinse. Comb your hair with a wooden comb and let the conditioner sit for a few minutes. Rinse it out with hot water. After washing, rinse your hair with cool water to close the cuticles.
I am extremely disappointed. My hair feels like straw after using this product and it gets really frizzy. There is no improvement in its appearance at all. Moreover, it seems to make my hair even greasier than before.
Overall, the shampoo is decent, but it doesn't deliver the effects as claimed.
It worked for me. My hair really stays clean longer than usual. The only downside is the small volume - only 225 ml.
