I am ordering this mascara for the third time on your website. Previously, the mascara did not flake and lasted the entire day. However, now I am completely disappointed as it starts flaking after just an hour. I believe this product might be a counterfeit.
I really like the perfumes of this brand, but the mascara disappointed me. It's completely unlike the brand's usual quality. It's impossible to achieve voluminous lashes because clumps stick to them like a spider's web. So, for those who prefer doll-like, thick, and clumpy lashes, this mascara might be a good fit. Personally, I prefer a more natural-looking result when it comes to mascara. Thank you, make up, for your website and wide selection, but I'll choose something else for myself.
The mascara flakes off and is difficult to remove. Applying two coats is not enough. Applying more causes the lashes to "fall" under the weight. This mascara is not suitable for me. I have thin and sparse lashes.
I came across the mini version of this product and it is simply the best volumizing mascara in the luxury range (I've tried Chanel, Lancôme, Dior, Clinique, Clarins, etc.). The volume it provides is unreal, and it doesn't clump my lashes at all (which is crucial for me). It also doesn't flake and keeps my curls intact all day long. If you love extra volume while maintaining a natural look with no clumps or spider legs, then go ahead and buy it, you won't regret it.

I really liked this mascara, actually, I loved it! It makes my lashes long and perfectly defined; I only need to apply it once. It really enhances my gaze and makes it more expressive. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
I received a miniature as a gift last year and finally got around to trying it. The positives: the lashes are really thick and fluffy, it's easy to apply (doesn't smudge on the upper eyelid even with a large brush), and it stays on well throughout the day. The negatives: it's difficult to remove and doesn't lift the lashes (no one promised this, it's just something I need for my eyes).
I actually expected more from this elite brand. It tends to crumble after a couple of hours and is difficult to remove. In my opinion, Lancome and Collistar are much better in terms of quality.
The mascara comes in a beautiful packaging, with an impressive tube and a perfect brush. However, the formula of the mascara or its storage is not up to par. The mascara tends to clump and fall off. It is impossible to layer it, it doesn't give volume, and it requires the use of spider legs to achieve any sort of volume. I will not be making a second purchase.
I have bought this mascara twice and I liked it, but there is one major drawback that makes me not want to repurchase it. When the mascara is new, it is too liquid to create volume, and after a couple of weeks, it completely dries out. I don't have enough time to use it. 1500 UAH for a couple of weeks is too much. And the issue is not with the way of twisting the mascara, as recommended by the brand's expert.

However, after a month, everything changed. The mascara became thick and clumpy, and when I applied it, it immediately started flaking and getting into my eyes. It was painful and stinging to remove it all. Throughout the day, it also slightly flaked off on my nose. So, it is good when it's new, but after a month, it's not worth the money spent. I had previously used Dior Show mascara, which was much better and never flaked. I am disappointed. Although I bought it from a different website, I won't be purchasing this mascara anywhere else. I give it a three for the quality, and I would add a point for the brand and the nice bottle with the clicking lock, but in my understanding, luxury should already guarantee quality, but that's not the case here.
Overall, it dried out within a month. This corresponds to my reviews below. I won't buy it again.
This is the best mascara I have ever used. The difference is clearly visible in the photos, whether you have applied it or not.
I would also like to add that the brush itself is quite stiff and gives the impression that it will damage the lashes. I don't recall using such stiff brushes before. My 16-year-old daughter liked the mascara, but I, with more experience, can't praise it as much.
It dries quickly on the lashes, making them stiff, and I'm afraid they might break. The brush is inconvenient, although you can get used to any brush. I have naturally good lashes, and I have had a good experience with ISL mascaras, so I bought this one without hesitation. But I probably won't buy it again. It can make beautiful, intense, and voluminous lashes (which I love), but it requires too much effort. The first coat is too thin, and the lashes become almost like concrete right away. And then you have to meticulously layer it on, almost randomly. It's a strange mascara.
I tested a trial version of this mascara. It lasts perfectly for 12 hours, lengthens and adds volume to the lashes - there's no need to apply it twice. I ordered the standard size with delivery from EU warehouses - a very pleasant discount. This is probably the best mascara I have ever used.

This mascara is great, it doesn't clump the lashes and provides good volume. When compared to Lancome Hypnose, YSL gives even more volume, separates each lash, but offers less lengthening and doesn't curl the lashes.
