I would rate this shampoo as a solid C. In the first month of using it, I didn't encounter any major issues. However, over time, I noticed that by the end of the day, my hair becomes incredibly greasy. One advantage is that it is sulfate-free and genuinely moisturizes the hair well. I believe it would be a great fit for those with dry and damaged hair. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it again after this first time.
I tried the conditioner from this line, as I was attracted by its "natural" sulfate-free formula. However, after using it about 10 times (giving it a chance), I decided to give up on it. The shampoo is extremely heavy and leaves my hair feeling stuck together. It is very difficult to rinse out, almost as if it leaves a silicone film behind. Therefore, I do not recommend using it if you are in a hurry, as you will end up struggling to wash it off. Additionally, it does not cleanse the hair well. On the positive side, it does provide smoothness and eliminates frizz, although it tends to sacrifice volume in the process.
The shampoo is good, but it is quite runny and not very economical. It lasted for about a month and a half.
