The product can be used in multiple ways depending on the type of skin concerns.
Normal Skin: After washing your face, soak a cotton pad with toner and sweep over skin to remove remaining toxins and impurities. Gently pat the remaining toner into skin until the product is fully absorbed. Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine.
Dry, Dehydrated Skin: Try the 7-skin method. Pour a small amount of toner into clean, bare hands and gently pat the product into your skin until it's fully absorbed. Repeat the process 7 times to deeply hydrate the skin. Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine.
Very Dry or Combination Skin: Soak several cotton pads with toner. Place soaked cotton pads on the face like a sheet mask, focusing on the areas that feel dry (i.e. cheeks, forehead, nose, etc.). Let the toner soak into your skin for 10 minutes, then remove the pads. Gently pat the remaining toner into the skin until the product is fully absorbed. Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine.
For All-Day Hydration: Dispense the toner into a clean, empty mist bottle. Spray toner as mist throughout the day as needed for continued hydration.

This toner is amazing; it provides excellent moisturization to the skin. I apply it on my face, neck, and décolletage. I am extremely satisfied with it.
I really liked this product. I have normal skin type, and I sometimes use it instead of cream, applying it twice. It provides enough moisture. The scent is excellent. I bought it on sale for 230 UAH for 300 ml, not from here. The current price is quite high. However, it came with a pump, which I haven't seen in anyone else's photos or reviews before, so maybe it's a fake.
Economical, I have been using it from July to December for the face and décolleté. I immediately purchase a second bottle because it provides a pleasant refreshing sensation, it comes in a large size, and the price is good.
I have dry skin, and this toner is amazing. It's my favorite, and I even love using it during the summer!
Great budget toner! It effectively moisturizes the skin without leaving any tightness or stickiness, etc. (My skin tends to be dry and slightly problematic).

The toner is really great. I apply it in two ways - either with my hands or with a sponge. I noticed that my skin has become less oily. It is very economical to use and has a pleasant scent.
I have oily skin. Always have. Chin, cheeks, forehead - everything as usual. I improved the situation with Pyunkang Yul toner, but it dries out during the winter. I bought this a couple of weeks ago. If you simply spread it on, it leaves a film. I apply it with patting motions - perfect. My skin stopped getting oily and became velvety. The volume is large - enough to apply on the décolleté, face, shoulders... I think it will last at least six months. This product is excellent for oily skin during cold weather. I recommend it.
Good toner. Not as thick as Dr Jart, but provides amazing volume for such a reasonable price.
This toner is great, it moisturizes. However, after the first 2-3 uses, my skin turned red. I was actually considering throwing the toner away.
This product is amazing! I have combination skin. I really like the texture of the toner, it's just watery enough and feels pleasant on the skin. I confidently use it around my eye area as it provides nourishment, which is very satisfying. I highly recommend it! I've already finished one bottle and I'm ordering the next one.
I don't like Korean toners, even though I have tried many. Someone gave me this toner as a gift, and it is simply amazing! After using it, my skin doesn't feel sticky. There is a refreshing sensation. My skin feels moisturized and not tight. It has a good amount of product. I usually use toners from the brand Kiehl's. This one is just as good, and the price is excellent.
This is a really great basic toner. The amount is excellent and the consistency is like a diluted cream. I apply it with my palms and it leaves my skin moisturized and ready for further skincare routine.
I really liked this toner as it provides a deeply moisturizing sensation and serves as an excellent base for further skincare (serums/creams absorb really well after using it). Due to its thicker consistency compared to water, I find it more convenient to apply with my hands. It doesn't leave any stickiness and doesn't cause any irritations or breakouts. It suits my combination skin perfectly. The large volume is definitely a great advantage as it lasts for a long time.
I also experienced facial redness after the first use, which made me quite upset because I didn't want to waste it. However, I tried using less and after applying it 3-4 times, the redness no longer occurred. The toner itself is decent.

This product did not work for me as I started experiencing new breakouts after using it. I have combination skin. However, it suited my sister well as her skin is drier.

The toner is good, it doesn't leave any unpleasant sensations afterwards (stickiness, greasiness, etc.), and it's clear that it doesn't replace subsequent skincare steps. The only thing is, I've been using it for a month and it's disappearing before my eyes. Its consistency is not like water, but more like heavily diluted cream.
