Kids Watermelon Toothpaste Curaprox For Kids Toothpaste

My child liked the toothpaste, now they willingly brush their teeth without any prior refusal. I even tried it myself. It has a light watermelon flavor, cleans well, although it doesn't foam.

Can you please advise me? After using it for a month, it has darkened/clouded to a dirty grey color. Is this normal? The smell/consistency seems fine, but the color of the paste is concerning.
