Skin prone to rosacea often causes a great deal of discomfort due to its heightened sensitivity. Care for such skin types must be gentle, delicate, and effective. The Arganove brand has introduced a natural red clay, recommended for creating facial masks specifically for mixed and rosacea-prone skin types. This product has calming and regenerative properties, restoring an even skin tone without redness and dryness.

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of clay with water or your chosen hydrosol until you achieve a thick consistency (avoid using metal utensils). For extra hydration, you can add a few drops of natural oils to the mask. Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Prevent it from drying out completely by occasionally spritzing it with your favorite hydrosol. Rinse off with warm water. Use 1-2 times per week.
This clay is very coarsely ground and can provide effective mechanical exfoliation when you wash it off with your hands instead of a glove. I'm not sure if I would recommend such a product for skin with vascular pathologies. It can be quite irritating. However, it cleanses and refreshes the skin well. Personally, I only rinse it off with an old microfiber glove (because the clay is red and stains fabric, it's difficult to remove later). I won't repurchase it because the quantity is small, it's scratchy, and the price doesn't match the quality.
