Using a fine brush, apply base drops to the areas where you want to place the rhinestones. The base drops should be slightly larger in diameter than the rhinestones. "Seat" the rhinestones by gently pressing them into the base drops. Cure under a UV/LED combo lamp for 10-15 seconds. Then, using a fine brush dipped in the base, outline the "seated" rhinestones. Cure again under a UV/LED combo lamp for 10-15 seconds. Apply a top coat to the parts of the design without rhinestones using a brush. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps for 60 seconds.
