Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods—you can try them out and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. Once inserted, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it has been properly positioned. If you're unsure, feel the base of the cup—it should be round or oval when correctly inserted. If you notice any dents or folds, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to form a suction seal. Once in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully installed!
