Before using the cup for the first time, sterilize it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding techniques – you can try a few and choose the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. The cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it has been correctly placed. If you're unsure, feel the base of the cup – it should be round or oval when inserted correctly. If you feel dents or indentations, the cup has not fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once the cup is in place, try pulling slightly on the stem. If you feel resistance, the suction is set, and the cup is successfully installed!
Perfect device!
I have been using it for over 7 years.
