Does your Narciso Rodriguez fragrance collection need a refill? Then it's time to discover an original creation by Caroline Sabas, a girl who has boldly asserted herself as one of the most talented perfumers. She is the author of Oud Musc perfume, which has already conquered the hearts of many men and women. This is a highly unusual composition with a unique magnetism, which invites you to experience the magic of oriental woody intonations.
The fragrance is opened by sweet-scented accents of myrtle, which was considered a symbol of youth, beauty, and chastity by the ancient Greeks not without reason. It is accompanied by black pepper, which intrigues the olfactory receptors with its piquancy and transmits the baton to insanely sensual floral notes. At the same time, its base is woven from the oriental oud's nobility and warm musk breath. Magic, isn't it?
I bought this fragrance at the beginning of last year and for a more reasonable price. I ordered it "blindly" because I adore the entire perfume collection of Narciso Rodriguez - they are my gurus of musky fragrances and it's their impeccable signature style. But this particular scent raised a lot of questions for me. It is not at all characteristic of Rodriguez's style. For me, it smells like "bedbugs", and don't laugh! However, I recently came across a "novelty" from Byredo and was blown away because their bottle has this Narciso Oud Musk! They somehow baptized it with the Mandarin name. Here's what I mean - now, as I understand it, there is a trend of strange scents that can seem repulsive at first. However, in this case, I highly recommend not ordering it blindly - it is very different from everything NR offers. Secondly, it is essential to get acquainted with it to be "in trend" - it seems to be a new perfume trend. Thirdly, this fragrance is very demanding and requires time to understand. It is long-lasting, very powerful, with an above-average sillage. Interesting, but specific. It took me a year and a half, as an NR fan, to fully appreciate its beauty. Challenging but beautiful. God forbid you buy it based on my review!)
