Apply the lightest shade all over the eyelid. Next, depending on the makeup you choose, add color accents and blend the borders.
This palette is really cool, the colors are vibrant and pigmented, they apply well on a base and blend easily. I really liked the pink shade Mary Angela and the glittery shade Dr. Drake, they make a great combo! You can mix several colors together, as the colors in the palette complement each other. It is beautifully packaged and the cost, including shipping, was 330+30 UAH. It was delivered to Kyiv within a week.
I really liked this palette. The packaging is good. Here are my impressions of each color:
1. The nude shade is normal and blends well.
2. The pink shade has a mix of medium shimmer in a rainbow (blue, green, and pink) range on a light pink base. I apply it with a sponge and it stays in place without a base. It sparkles brightly.
3. The star shade of the palette is the raspberry shade. It doesn't stain the eyelid and is vibrant even without a base. It can be applied lightly or built up for a more intense color. It doesn't fade throughout the day, although the color slightly weakens after being exposed to heat during the day.
4. The beautiful golden shimmer is finer than the shade 2. It applies well with a sponge and doesn't fall out during the day. It sparkles brightly.
5. The orange shade has less pigmentation compared to shade 3, but it's still good overall. If you layer shade 3 over shade 5, you get an interesting red color.
6. The yellow shade also has less pigmentation compared to shade 3.
7. In the warm palette, this is the coolest shade - a vibrant pink. It's very beautiful and I apply it with a sponge.
8. The green shade is the most transparent of all the matte shades. However, it works well as an additional blending shade in combination with other palettes. In the last makeup look in the photo, it was used as an additional shade with the ninth shade, which is the bottom olive shimmer, in the inner corner of the eyes.
9. I bought this palette specifically for this shade (and the pink shades). It's a golden-olive mix of medium-sized shimmers. I apply it with a sponge and it stays in place throughout the day.
I used a brush for all the matte shades and a sponge or finger (although the sponge works better) for all the shimmers.
I did all the makeup looks on bare skin without any concealer, foundation, or primer. I'm happy that I can create a light watercolor look for everyday wear, which means the palette won't just sit around waiting for a special occasion where a makeup look like "a tropical bird at sunset in the lagoon of a paradise island" would be appropriate.
Perhaps the palette will truly shine when used with bases and primers, but I will try that later.
I liked the palette, but there are a few drawbacks:
Not all matte shadows are pigmented;
Shimmer shadows cannot be applied with a brush, only with fingers or by scraping and smearing them like oil on the eyelids.
On the positive side:
Beautiful colors;
Magnets in the lid;
Mirror included.
