Bell Perfect Eyeliner Eyeliner Pen

The eyeliner is just okay. I'm pretty skilled at doing winged eyeliner, but I had some issues with this one.

The product is very leaky during application and after a week, it started leaking completely inside my cosmetics bag.

Unfortunately, my experience with this eyeliner was disappointing. From the beginning, it leaked everywhere no matter where I left it, leaving stains even with the cap closed. After each use, I had to twist it into a tissue to avoid ruining my makeup bag. Then, it suddenly dried out. I cannot recommend it.

I really liked this product. I apply it on powdered eyelids and the eyeliner stays on for a long time. The color is intense black and it glides on easily.

The color is vibrant and it holds up well, although it's difficult to draw a thin line with it. In addition, you need to apply a lot of pressure.

I liked it. It doesn't leak and is easy to apply.

This is an amazing eyeliner, it is very long-lasting and stays on all day without smudging. I'm not sure how long it will last, but my first impression is positive.
