It does not mattify and does not clog pores. Whether with or without it, after a few hours, there is an oily pancake in the T-zone and shine. The skin is oily. The foundation is applied as usual.
Unfortunately, the foundation didn't work for me. The Vichy foundation is difficult to apply on it. After two hours, there was a noticeable oily shine on the T-zone.
