Ceylon - a perfumed water with a floral, woody-musk scent. This luxurious fragrance is built around the incredibly sensual aroma of precious oud essential oil, which possesses a distinctive character and a subtle oriental shade of mystery and magical charm.
The fragrance composition opens with elegant, cool citrus notes of bergamot, warm sweet hints of honey, and a refined floral accent of Sambac jasmine. The sensual smoky-woody scent of oud is harmoniously supported in the middle notes by spicy, piquant shades of black tea and a woody-creamy sandalwood. The captivating trail of the perfume envelops with powdery sweet notes of Bourbon vanilla, a delicate accent of amber, and a sensual "animal" musk chord.
At first, I wasn't very impressed with the perfume. It even left me feeling disappointed because it sounded so simple, like a jasmine chypre. However, after a few minutes, it transformed into a gourmet fragrance, with a strong black tea and fresh tea leaf heart. The dry down is incredibly beautiful, with hints of vanilla pods and balsamic woody undertones of bergamot. It has a long-lasting and impressive sillage.
