Good day) I want to share my story of customer dissatisfaction. My frustration knows no bounds. I ordered this shampoo on the website and was very happy in anticipation of the purchase. However, as it turned out, my joy was premature: they never delivered it to me, they cancelled the order themselves, and even made me feel guilty. I tried calling the hotline, but they answered so rudely and in such a categorical tone that I still can't believe it. Every company is interested in its customers, but apparently, this doesn't apply to the Makeup company, where not only do they not respect their customers, but they also disdain them. Very sad.

The foam is okay, but the effect is terrible. I have thin hair. After washing, it hangs down within half a day, as if it hasn't been washed for a week, and dandruff has appeared. No shampoo has ever done this. The only positive thing is the scent.

I am amazed by this product, honestly! The only downside is that it doesn't last very long (it doesn't lather well, so I end up using more than other shampoos, especially since I have shoulder-length hair). I have naturally thin and thick hair that tends to get oily at the roots, but with this shampoo, it simply comes to life. It becomes very smooth, shiny, and stays in place all day, although it does feel heavier. It stays fresh until the next day (although I wash my hair every day regardless). The scent is incredibly relaxing. I am extremely satisfied with it, 1000 stars!

I have been using shampoos and conditioners from this brand for a long time. The first time I bought them by chance in a store based on a consultant's recommendation. I mostly purchase products for adding volume. My hair is soft, bouncy, fluffy, thin, and prone to falling out. The shampoos suit me well as they give my hair volume and density.
