I've been testing this cream for a month now. In terms of consistency, the cream is not greasy and absorbs quickly. However, for me, the cream feels lightweight, and this is a downside. I don't feel any softness on my heels. From this, I conclude that the cream may not be effective for severe issues. I didn't have any cracks or roughness, I just wanted to make the skin on my heels softer, but it didn't really improve, nor did it worsen. I would rate it a 4 with a big minus.
