Turn off the dispenser by setting the dial at the back of the device to the "off" position. Before inserting the replacement canister, ensure that the red lever inside the device is in the raised position. Then, insert the replacement canister with the nozzle facing outward. Close the dispenser. Once turned on, the spraying will begin automatically after 15 seconds.

I set it to medium spray, and it doesn't smell AT ALL. Only if you manage to get right under the spray, then you can smell it, otherwise, no.
The scent is reminiscent of grandma's perfume, which is very unpleasant... although in the liquid spray version, the fragrance is quite nice.
I don't know, I didn't really like it. The smell was a little suffocating both at the beginning and afterwards.
