I accidentally gave 5 stars to the previous review, but in reality, I would rate it a solid 3 stars. In my opinion,
I didn't quite understand this oil. First of all, let's talk about the smell. It is very specific. If you ever made "porridge" with elderberries when you were a child, well, that is exactly the smell))) It smells like elderberry. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I started to have pus-filled inflammations, possibly due to insufficient cleansing with this oil or because it is not easily washed off with a cleanser. I still haven't figured it out, but I will investigate further.
I didn't buy it here, but since many people rely on reviews in makeup like me, I will write a review about this product.
This is the worst one among all that I have had. It does perform its functions, but it's just not up to par, as they say, neither bad nor good.
I really liked this oil! It effectively removes makeup, but it does have a very distinct smell.
This oil simply delighted me: the scent, the cleansing, and how easily it rinses off! Before this, I had tried Payot's hydrophilic oil, which resembled basic vegetable oil that required additional rinsing. Clarins oil, on the other hand, cleanses excellently, smells divine, and rinses off wonderfully with water.
I really like this product. It effectively removes makeup, is cost-efficient, and has no unpleasant odor.
I really liked the facial oil. It's my first facial cleansing product from Clarins and it turned out to be a great choice, even though I hesitated for a long time.
I apply it on dry skin and then rinse it off with water. It removes foundation and waterproof concealer well. However, it doesn't work as effectively with mascara. I need to first moisten it with plain water and remove it with a cotton pad, or simply use micellar water.
After washing my face, my skin feels very pleasant to the touch and not tight. I don't experience any breakouts.
After washing, I use a toner (currently from La Roch-Posay, but in the future, I want to try something from Clarins). After the toner, I apply the Clarins Extra-Firming Phyto-Serum, which I also really like. The feeling on my face is very pleasant. Throughout the day, my skin doesn't peel and it barely gets oily (I have combination skin).
Please, can you recommend a cream for the eyes and face (I'm 30 years old)? Thank you!
When in contact with water, the oil becomes cloudy and transforms into a lotion. It effectively moisturizes the face without weighing it down or clogging pores. A wonderful product!
I didn't buy it here, but I decided to write a review. The oil is amazing, the most important thing is to use it correctly. To remove makeup, you need to squeeze a few sprays onto a dry hand and apply it to a dry face. Spread it all over the face, on the eyes, cheeks, and neck... It is also great for massage. Then take a disposable cloth (not paper), moisten it, and wipe the face and neck.
I didn't like the product because of its odor: it smells like rancid oil. However, it is still usable.
Great oil. It removes everything, leaves no residue or unpleasant sensations on the skin, and has no smell.
This oil is pretty good. It didn't cause any breakouts. It cleanses gently and effectively. It doesn't dry out the skin.
Good oil. I didn't buy it here, but the price on make up is very pleasing, I will order it in the future. My face feels soft after using the oil. I have super sensitive skin with rosacea, I feel a little tightening afterwards, but it is necessary to wash off the oil with a cleansing product (gel, cream, whatever you prefer). It doesn't cause breakouts. It removes makeup well. It doesn't remove mascara, but this wasn't claimed either.
Wonderful oil, it cleanses really well! This new product is amazing, I highly recommend it!
