I have purchased this product multiple times. Initially, I thought that the issue with my hair was due to my scalp condition. However, after reading reviews, I realized that the problem lies with the shampoo. It weighs down my hair and makes it become greasy much faster compared to other products. Some people recommend washing the hair three times... but why not ten?
The shampoo is great, leaving my hair feeling pleasant to touch. It also helps control excessive oiliness, which is a plus. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be purchasing it again!

I bought a shampoo and I am disappointed. At first, my hair was dirty, so I thought I bought the wrong one... Then I thought, let me read the instructions on the official website. So, here's the thing, for those whose hair becomes "greasy" after using this shampoo, as if it's not fully rinsed and becomes dirty by the evening... Here's a tip: wash your hair twice, vigorously massaging your scalp. Trust me, this is the best shampoo in the world. After rinsing twice, I don't even need to style my hair because it looks like salon-quality. And my scalp stays non-greasy for three days, even though I used to wash it daily!

Great shampoo, probably already 10 bottles, which says something. We use it together with my daughter, she has long dyed blonde hair and I have short hair. Special thanks to makap for the prompt replacement, as the shampoo practically spilled completely during transportation.
I regret not reading the reviews before purchasing(( I completely agree with the previous comments: the hair becomes even dirtier than before washing, it is difficult to comb, and there is a residue on the comb right away. The first time I used the conditioner from the same series as the shampoo and was shocked. I thought maybe I didn't wash my hair properly. The next time I washed my hair, it took water from the entire boiler, but it didn't solve the problem - the same effect. Then I experimented with different masks and balms, and to sum it up: the shampoo is not worth its price, it requires an ocean of water to rinse off, it doesn't do its job, so I absolutely do not recommend buying it.
I purchased the entire CER-100 line. I am not satisfied with the shampoo at all - it has a gel-like texture, similar to hand sanitizer, which makes it very difficult to rinse off both from my hair and the walls of the bathtub. Additionally, the scent is unpleasant. After using it, my hair feels greasy the next day. It's a shame to waste it - it's a 500ml bottle.
On the other hand, the rest of the products in the series are wonderful, especially the oil.
The shampoo arrived without a nice cardboard box! It was just wrapped in plastic film. It is not presentable at all for gifting...

My new love. The entire series is simply luxurious!!!! Everything smells delicious. The shampoo is economical to use. It lathers well and smells amazing. The conditioner and mask make my hair obedient and soft. The hair oil is a real find. I have dry ends, and this oil works like magic and is very economical. I am satisfied with the entire series.
The shampoo was absolutely unsuitable. It is difficult to rinse off and leaves the hair unwashed. Perhaps it is necessary to use some conditioners after it. I will still experiment with masks and conditioners, but I will not buy it again.

I didn't understand this shampoo. It cleanses mediocrely, leaving a slippery layer on the hair, face, and neck. I have to thoroughly rinse it off under a powerful stream of water. Without conditioner or hair mask, the hair becomes stiff and tangled. Masks from other brands for some reason don't work with this shampoo - the hair remains just as tangled, making it impossible to apply a mask or conditioner between strands. When combined with the conditioner of the same brand or the "8-second" mask, the hair looks closer to the desired result. The hair stays clean for exactly one day, then the desire to wash them arises, and by the end of the second day, it feels like oil has been poured on them.
A plus for the subtle scent and cool packaging design, but that's not so important for a shampoo.
I swear, the same Garnier Fructis shampoo cleanses my hair better.

Well, first of all, the shampoo should be applied twice (the second time just a little bit). Secondly, sometimes you need to get used to the product. In my case, it took my scalp about a week to get used to it. At first, I had a bit of dandruff and itchiness (again, not too much), but after a week, it all disappeared. And thirdly, after shampooing, no matter what kind of shampoo you use nowadays, you should apply a second product: a mask, conditioner, or balm (because the water is hard and not the shampoo itself, but the water will dry out your hair). Now, let me talk about my favorite shampoo. I have long, smooth, and naturally colored hair. However, you can't compare any Korean product to foreign or our local mass-market products, even the expensive ones. I deducted a star for its consistency. It's very watery.
