It turns out, men and women are not so different after all. The perfume Aqua Di Profumo Assenzio by L'erbolario reaffirms this statement, blurring the lines between the strong and the fair sex. Its fougère and citrus fragrance belongs to the unisex category, making it a splendid adornment for both the sensual and delicate lady, and the masculine, slightly dreamy gentleman.
The top of this olfactory sculpture is adorned with bright lemon scents, enriched with lemon and wormwood. The feminine torso, captivating with its elegant curves, is entwined with the fragrances of tarragon and aromatic coriander. Hundreds of bright carnation petals are scattered at the feet of the sculpture. They create the final chord, placing an intriguing ellipsis in the last sentence of the story.
I really wanted a solo-aroma of wormwood, not too bitter. The wormwood is lightly noticeable, and on me, it is pleasantly sweet but not excessively so. I think I will wait for colder weather, maybe it will change somehow. But for now, I can clearly smell the scent of matiola (a small simple purple flower that only smells in the twilight) - I think this combination of wormwood and cinnamon gives me such a recognizable effect. Since this smell is childhood for me, it is definitely a must-have. For those I asked, it is a sweet-herbal pleasant and non-trivial scent.
I have been wanting to try out this brand for a while, so I decided to buy 3 perfumes based on the reviews. I am absolutely delighted with Dolce Elixir and Fresca Essence, but this one is a triple cologne.
The water is amazing! There is a subtle hint of wormwood, and then the fragrance starts to dance with vibrant colors, ending with a more woody-sweet note. In my opinion, it leans more towards a masculine scent. My man is absolutely thrilled.
It smells like tarragon. Like a Tarragon beverage. It's either as strong as a perfume or a lotion. However, it has a decent longevity, lasting for several hours. The scent is simple. It suits as a cream or deodorant, not as a perfume.
Well, what can I say? I really liked this water. It's not too sweet, slightly bitter. I was expecting a bit more bitterness in the scent, but unfortunately... It lasts for about four hours, no longer. I think it would be better suited for cooler weather, there's something warm and cozy in the scent. It's like it wraps around you and warms you up. I want to try another fragrance similar to the Mediterranean Gardens by Hermes. The store's service is excellent, as always. Thank you, MAKEUP!!!
I disagree with Irina's opinion that the scent is "absolutely masculine." While it may seem heavy to some, for example, Coco Chanel is also heavy but no one calls it masculine. Yes, it is more suitable for cold weather, but it is not nauseating. It has a hint of oriental notes and smells very expensive, like Chanel. Out of all the l'erbolario products, of which I have around 20, this one remains my favorite. I also love the sweet poppy scent, but they are different.
A very worthy fragrance. However, it is completely masculine. There is no need to mislead. Men would find their own scent.
Gorgeous, soft, enveloping scent. Moderately rich, reminiscent of the smell when you pass by a high-end soap store. I really like it - among all L`erbolario scents, it remains my absolute favorite.
The scent is strange - definitely not like wormwood, rather the bitterness of grapefruit peels, but it's undeniably original. It's suitable for infrequent use.
