Thick. It needs to be applied quite generously. My dermatologist prescribed it to me. I apply it on my hands, neck, back of the head, where there is exposed skin. I don't apply it on my face! I use a different, more liquid one, and then a foundation with a protective effect.
My first impression is that it is very thick and difficult to spread on the face, leaving a white film. However, after a few minutes, it becomes invisible, non-sticky, and non-greasy. I won't buy it again as I prefer lighter textures.
