Take a small amount of the product onto a cotton pad. Apply it to the eyelid of a closed eye. Leave it for a few seconds, then gently wipe the eyelid towards the temples without rubbing. The product can also be used without a cotton pad.
The product is advertised as hypoallergenic and non-irritating - this is definitely true, but it works horribly as a makeup remover.
