In my opinion, this product leaves a greasy and sticky film on the skin, which doesn't provide a feeling of freshness or comfort. The only thing I wanted to do after applying it was to immediately wash it off. I bought this toner from this brand because I liked their cleansing oil, but I was only disappointed with this choice. I do not recommend this toner at all.
I have been using this product for 2 months now and I really like it. It doesn't dry out my skin but effectively controls oiliness, soothes inflammation, and actually minimizes pores. I highly recommend it.
