I haven't fully understood this product yet. Overall, there is a subtle brightening effect, but nothing more. However, the setting powder worked perfectly.
This powder is really great! It is white and semi-transparent, and when applied, it brightens and illuminates the eyes!!! It also sets the makeup, so I highly recommend it!
