Academie pre-serum moisturizes the skin, eliminates pigmentation, slows down the aging processes of the skin.
Academie White Derm Acte Pre-Serum Hydratant Eclaircissant is an intermediate care. The product should be applied after cleansing the skin - it prepares the epidermis for subsequent application of cosmetic products, promoting better absorption of useful ingredients. Hyaluronic acid in the pre-serum moisturizes the skin while the White-3 complex (licorice, bran and mallow extracts) lightens and evens out skin tone, eliminating pigmentation.

Method 1 (classic pre-serum): Clean the skin, apply the serum. As soon as it has been absorbed by the skin, use a cream according to your skin type.
Method 2: (intensive mask): damp cotton pads in the pre-serum. Place on the face for 5 minutes. Remove the cotton pads, continue treatment according to the classic skincare routine (apply cream or other serum + cream).
This is a very nice product, but it varies for each individual. If someone is unsure if it will suit them, it's better to get a 10ml sample from a cosmetologist. I have been using this product for 5 years and I really like it.
The serum is absolutely amazing!
The toner is definitely not a replacement. If oily compositions are applied on top, the serum rolls off (apparently, it doesn't absorb enough). It seems to moisturize... but it's not enough for me - I had to reorder the toner. Now I use the toner, then the serum, and then the cream. And still, the feeling of tightness remains... I don't know why... maybe it's a question for my skin - it's dry after courses of Obagi with retinol and hydroquinone.
But what bothered me the most is the smell... am I the only one who smells gasoline? Can someone who understands compositions please tell me if there is anything derived from petroleum in it? The smell is just awful...
And another thing, the MAKEUP, serum, and cream (also Academy) arrived from the EU without any plastic seal on top of the boxes - is that necessary? The serum actually spilled out of its box and was loose inside the delivery box when I opened it...((
Overall, the product is not great.
I am ordering again because this serum is really awesome! It has a very pleasant texture!
The most beloved serum. I got a sample from a cosmetologist, then ordered it here. It's amazing, but I only like it when used together with the Thin Toner by TM Kristina. Then my face simply glows as if after a cosmetic procedure.
