To properly clean your teeth, take a piece of floss approximately 45 cm long and wind most of it around your middle fingers, holding the floss between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently slide the clean section of floss up and down between your teeth, then adjust the angle to wrap the floss around each tooth, cleaning all sides. Move the floss up to the point where the tooth meets the gum to clean the area between the tooth and gum.
