Lip Balm "Pineapple and Mint" Carmex Lip Balm

The taste is good, but the effect lasts only 30 minutes and then I have to reapply it on my lips. This lipstick is the least long-lasting from the collection.

This is my first carmex balm and I really liked it, but during cold weather, it tends to harden a bit and requires thorough warming up in order to squeeze a little bit out.

The scent and sensation - yes, pleasant. The pineapple and mint are well felt, the mint adds a "coolness" to the lips, and the taste of the balm is sweet. Does it moisturize the lips well in the winter period? 50/50. The texture is sticky, so as long as the balm is on the lips - all good, but if not, I haven't noticed it providing long-lasting moisture. A major drawback for me was that it solidifies in freezing weather, so you have to make an extra effort to apply it from the tube.

The baking experience is very enjoyable.

In my opinion, this is the most pleasant scent from the entire range, but it moisturizes and heals worse than Carmex with cherry or strawberry.

The Carmex in the gel form is completely different from the stick version. It doesn't provide any volume, only shine, and it slightly moisturizes the lips.

I initially ordered this product based on a recommendation and was disappointed because its composition and smell were similar to the Zirka balm. However, the scented version has an incredibly pleasant aroma and effectively moisturizes and heals the skin.

This balm is love at first use. It has a pleasant scent and a non-sticky consistency, with noticeable results after the first application. My lips have become soft and moisturized. And most importantly, there is no chemical aftertaste in my mouth after using it, like with Nivea balms for example.

In the previous review, it was mentioned that this product can be addictive - and I agree. All the balms from the healing line of Carmex are not intended for daily use, but rather as emergency aid for healing purposes. If you want to use a balm on a daily basis, Carmex also offers a separate line of daily balms.

I have been using this product for over 2 months, so I can provide a comprehensive review. In comparison to the original Carmex, this one has a much more pleasant smell (even taste), although personally, I didn't sense any pineapple at all, more like caramel. As always, it has a cooling effect. Interestingly, they differ in consistency, with the pineapple mint being more liquid.

Regarding the rumors about it causing addiction, it's absolutely true. If you use it regularly, after about 2 weeks, your lips will become INCREDIBLY dry if you try to switch to a product from another brand.

To be honest, I can't recommend it. If you're willing to pay extra for the brand name and settle for soft lips only when using specifically Carmex, then go ahead and buy it. But it's definitely not worth it, and if you really want to try it, I suggest getting one with some scent, but not the original.

This is an excellent, moisturizing lip balm! It has a cooling effect and smells deliciously of pineapple and mint. It works just as well in rejuvenating dry lips as the original Carmex.

The fragrance is pleasant, but there is a complete lack of moisturization. Once the balm is absorbed, there are no nourishing properties. While it is applied, it smells nice, tingles slightly, and provides a little bit of hydration.

Great lip balm. The consistency is very thick, but it doesn't make my lips sticky. There's a slight tingling sensation (pleasant). It moisturizes excellently, with it, I forgot what dry lips feel like.

My favorite lip balm (the cherry one is cool too). It moisturizes really well and you can feel that it works because every few hours I apply it to my lips again. With this balm, I forget that I have a bunch of lipsticks, it replaces all of them for me. The pineapple scent is so delicious that I want to lick the balm off my lips. I highly recommend it!

I can't live without lip balms, and this one is the best. It has a pleasant smell, doesn't feel sticky, moisturizes well, and gives a cool sensation on the lips. It's perfect for the summer!

Wonderful Balm

I really love Carmex! I have tried both the cherry stick and the classic tube. During winter, it protects against wind and cold, and during summer, it shields from the sun. If applied at night, it also heals cracks. Regarding this specific balm, it is just as good as the ones I have tried before. The scent is amazing, and it fulfills all its functions. If it doesn't work for you, it might be due to individual intolerance to certain components, but it's definitely worth a try.

I fell for the advertising and bought this "miracle" product... When I applied it, it stung a little, but after a couple of uses, I started having problems with my lips!!! They look normal, but they feel completely dried out and covered with a film! This is the first time I've experienced such a situation! In conclusion, I have to say that there's nothing better than plain Vaseline or lipsticks from the fresh juice brand. I'm just disappointed and upset.

I absolutely adore Carmex, except for the classic one, because of its specific scent. However, this one has been a great find for me, with its pleasant pineapple and mint fragrance.

I have tried the classic version, watermelon, and this one. This one is the best. The scent is fantastic, it slightly tingles the lips, I would say it pleasantly cools them. Pineapple and mint are something else. I definitely recommend it and will buy it again.
