The shampoo completely met my expectations. I have my own natural, light, non-dyed hair, which is thick but individual strands are thin and lightweight. After using the shampoo and conditioner, I felt that my hair had become denser and more voluminous (although I do add volume to the roots using a Chi booster).

I have been ordering this shampoo for a while now, but the last time something was off with it. I washed my hair twice, as usual, and dried it, but it felt greasy and lacked lightness. I washed my hair with a different shampoo, and the situation was completely different, but in a positive way. I am very disappointed and I hope it's not a fake product. But I won't be ordering it anymore.
In September of the 23rd year, I purchased the shampoo along with the conditioner and spray. The scent of the shampoo is nice, and it has a good texture. It lathers nicely and cleans well. I have partially dyed hair with highlights. I shampooed twice and then realized that my skin became very sensitive, without itching or dandruff. I understood that it was the shampoo that dried out my skin, so the dermatologist advised me to switch to Physiogel shampoo. Physiogel doesn't clean as well, but I noticed that my scalp sensitivity decreased when I wash with L'Oreal once and then with Physiogel the second time. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering it again. However, the conditioner and spray are great. I have no complaints about them.
This shampoo is really awesome! I never skimp on care, I have tried shampoos that are two or three times more expensive, but I always come back to this one. It works great for my highlighted hair. After washing, my hair is easy to comb through. I highly recommend it!
I purchased the shampoo and conditioner together. I have porous hair and after washing, it becomes very frizzy. However, after using this product line, my hair has become soft, smooth, doesn't frizz, and looks like it's been done at a salon. The only downside is that the shampoo doesn't lather well.
Terrible shampoo, the only positive thing about it is the nice scent. After using it, my hair became greasy along the length and looks dirty. It feels like I washed my hair with Pantene or Schauma. I do not recommend it. Before this, I used Syoss shampoo (I will attach a photo). With it, my hair had volume and stayed clean for 2 days. But now, with Loreal shampoo, my dyed hair looks like a mop.

This is the worst shampoo I have ever bought. It dried out my scalp so much that I developed dandruff. I have never had dandruff before.
I find it very difficult to choose shampoo. My roots are oily, the ends are dry, my hair is bleached, and dandruff appears from most products.
But this shampoo pleased me. It is economical, and my hair is obedient and shiny after using it. I haven't had any dandruff in 3 months of use. I wash my hair every other day, which is normal for me. If your scalp gets oily frequently, buy yourself a peeling product and use it once a week.

I have tried changing, but I always come back to them. However, it didn't work for me - my hair doesn't look fresh after using it, doesn't fall nicely, and feels slightly sticky near the roots when touched.
