Faster than a BB cream, this product is not bad, but it does not fully cover imperfections on the skin. It tends to dry out the skin.
I generally like this foundation, it matches my skin color perfectly. I have very fair skin and I chose the light porcelain shade. It's important to blend the foundation right away, and I prefer using a brush instead of a sponge because the sponge absorbs too much product. Before applying, I always moisturize my skin with cream to prevent emphasizing any dry patches.
I definitely like this foundation. Firstly, the color is great. I have shade 6.5, which is a beautiful color with a sandy undertone. I dislike pink and peachy tones in foundations as they don't suit my skin tone.
Secondly, I love the texture and coverage. I appreciate that it's not overly heavy and it allows me to even out my skin tone. If I want a heavier coverage, I apply it with a brush, and if I want a lighter coverage, I use a beauty blender.
I use this foundation during the colder season. I have combination skin that tends to get oily. After applying the foundation, I lightly powder it to set it in place. It stays on and looks great throughout the day.
Overall, it's important to choose a product that matches your skin type and to apply the right base. This way, the product will wear well and there won't be as many negative comments.
Definitely not. It dries out the skin and makes pores even more visible.
Great foundation. I bought it as a replacement for Maybelline's Affinitone and I'm satisfied. It moisturizes and gives a delicate glow to the skin. The only downside is that it slightly emphasizes dry patches in some areas.
I am giving it 2 stars solely for its color, a 6.5 - finally not pink, but that's where the positives end. This foundation is like playdough, clay, anything but a proper coverage, unfortunately.
Actually, my favorite foundation is this one. I have young and combination skin with no wrinkles, but sometimes I do experience dryness. This foundation doesn't emphasize the dryness and it applies smoothly. It also provides good coverage without feeling heavy. I am very satisfied with it.
Apply this "foundation" and on top of it, you need to apply another one in order to improve the appearance in any way.
This product is really bad, I mean really bad. I bought the cream based on the reviews, but I don't understand how anyone could like it. It applies very poorly, accentuates any imperfections on the face, dries out the skin a lot, and gives a mask-like effect. I am extremely disappointed.
The matte finish is great, it doesn't have any wet finish, and there is no shine at all. However, the color didn't match because I have very fair skin. I ordered shade 01, always opting for the lightest shade, and it usually suits me perfectly. But this one is just too white.
Choosing a shade from this palette of tones is easy, but working with this foundation is very difficult. Without a primer, it seeps into pores, leaving a strange shiny film on the surface of the skin. I tried using it over serum + cream at first, but the result was the same. It only applies well with the help of a primer (I use Maybelline New York Fit Me Luminous + Smooth).
My favorite foundation from NYX, even though I have oily and dehydrated problematic skin. It covers absolutely everything, making my skin glow from within and visually erasing all pores. I tried the Can't Stop foundation as a test and it was a total disappointment. If it's from NYX, then it's only this one or the pink BB cream.
This foundation is not bad, although it is advertised as a "radiant foundation", it is actually just a regular one without a matte finish. One downside is that it settles into the creases of the eyelids, and it takes a few wipes to fix it. The packaging is absolutely terrible, it leaks a lot. As soon as I opened it, a lot of product spilled out. You have to store it with the cap facing upwards. It does provide good coverage and has a nice finish.
Before, I couldn't find anything lighter for my fair skin than Lumene Natural Code Skin Perfector Matt in shade 10 Vanilla. But when it was discontinued, I only found a replacement with NYX in shade 1.5 Fair, which turned out to be even lighter and more dense than Lumene. I am satisfied.
I personally chose the shade in the store, and I decided to go with the 06 vanilla shade. I haven't used it on my face yet, but I really liked everything about it.
My favorite foundation, perfect for my combination skin. Shade 06 doesn't make my skin look yellow and doesn't smudge. As a result, it looks great even without powder at the end. By the way, for some reason, it's currently unavailable in NYX stores.
And this foundation suited me well. I have combination skin. It's dry in some areas, oily in others, but the foundation is just right. I lightly powder my T-zone and it looks perfect! This is my second time purchasing it. I have no regrets. Give it a try.
This product is absolutely terrible.
Awful foundation. It easily sinks into pores, dries out the skin, and doesn't blend properly.
Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the comments. One makeup artist recommended it, so I was hoping it would be good. Girls, don't buy it. It doesn't sit well on the skin, I tried it on myself and on clients. It creases and this happens even on a good base and moisturized skin. It settles into fine lines and feels really unpleasant on the face. It doesn't have any glowing effect at all.
