It feels pleasant on the lips, and it should be noted that it "develops", meaning that the shade becomes brighter after application. The tube itself is cool, and you can't help but reach for it.
The lip balm with glitters is quite noticeable. Once applied, it gives off a bright pink color. However, I did not notice any nourishing or moisturizing effects. It's an odd lip balm, more suitable for fun and play rather than for actual care.
Shade 102 is completely different from the photo, as it appears as a vibrant pink on the lips.
