It curls and separates clean lashes without mascara and already mascara-coated ones, I tried both ways. I watched a tutorial on YouTube on how to use it correctly and I follow the instructions. I have unruly lashes that sometimes point in different directions, but the eyelash curler handles them. The only downside is that the curvature doesn't match my eye shape, which creates some difficulties.

I agree with the previous comment, there is no effect no matter how much you press or squeeze. It's a pity for the money spent.

The roller is very stiff, you have to squeeze it so hard that you can feel the mounting will eventually give in and snap into your eye. The effect is that the lashes remain as straight as they were before.
