The impression is mixed. First of all, it's not a cream but a gel. It has a fairly neutral scent, but it has a plastic-like smell (which is a downside). It's not too sticky, which is pleasant for a gel. It didn't completely remove pigmentation, but I haven't been using it for long (maybe I need more time for noticeable results). Overall, I give it a high rating only because it didn't harm or tighten my skin. There are more effective creams for this price :)
