It's a solid three, because of the dry tip. Overall, not bad, it lasts all day. Before applying it to the eyelids, cream and powder are used. The skin is oily, but the eyeliner stays well. However, it's expensive.

I cannot help but leave a review, especially for people like me who are looking for a decent eyeliner among expensive and budget options.

I tried to apply it twice:
