Use the brush to style your hair.
I spent a long time choosing a brush for blow drying my bangs, one that is ceramic and not too expensive. I decided that a diameter of 43mm (without bristles) would be better for my bangs, although I read online that it should be smaller. I bought this one.
The bristles are different from regular ones because, in addition to straight bristles, there are wavy bristles that, according to the description on Makeup, help grip the hair. The brush easily rotates in my short hair.
The bristles are not sharp against my scalp, but it is unpleasant if I accidentally touch my sensitive facial skin. I think they are of medium hardness.
After styling, with the help of a volumizing spray, my hair doesn't become static.
The only thing that disappointed me is that I previously had a ceramic curling iron that was white (as if there was white paint on top). But this brush is metallic in color, so it doesn't differ from my previous cheap metal one. Does anyone know if this is a normal color for ceramics?
I was hoping to read everything on the label (you know, like the usual "materials: ..."), but it turns out that all the information is just the inscription on the handle saying "Ceramic..." and a couple of words on the small label (see photo). So, I'm not sure if this is just the name or if the base is actually ceramic. Or maybe they just write it briefly on all brushes nowadays?
Regarding the styling: I expected more, having read reviews about ceramic brushes. I didn't notice anything impressive. Even with a plastic brush (34mm), the styling held up longer at the roots. Can someone who is an expert in this field please advise? Maybe I just chose too large of a diameter for my bangs (I shouldn't have listened to the blogger who said I would look like a sheep with a small one))).
