To start, you need to degrease your eyelids to ensure the false eyelashes adhere properly. Use makeup remover to clean your eyelids. False eyelashes may be too wide for your eyes, so it’s important to try them on first. Hold the lashes with tweezers and place them as close to the base of your natural lashes as possible. Trim them if they are too wide or significantly longer than your natural lashes. Squeeze a small strip of glue onto your palm and run the lash strip through it. Wait a few seconds for the glue to thicken. Using tweezers, hold the lashes in the middle and place them close to the base of your natural lashes. Start pressing the false lashes from the outer corner of your eye towards the inner corner, holding the ends with your fingers. Use a toothpick to press along the base for better adhesion. Line your upper eyelid along the lash line with eyeliner or a black pencil, slightly extending beyond the movable eyelid. This technique helps to conceal any small imperfections (like glue residue).
