This natural, unrefined, cosmetic, cold-pressed fruit oil is extracted from the seeds of the almond tree, cultivated through organic farming practices. Massage - Add 4-5 drops to 10-15 ml of your favorite base oil and perform a self-massage, preferably using classic techniques.

Bath - Dilute 5-7 drops in a small amount of base oil and add it to 1/3 of a bathtub filled with hot water. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
