I didn't like it either, whether with it or without it, there was no difference.
The jar is small, and the menthol feels like it's freezing my head. There are very few exfoliating particles. The effect is zero.
I think I have ordered this product for the third time now. This scrub works really well for me, as it leaves my hair shiny and soft. I am a blonde with dyed hair, so I combine this scrub with other hair care products.
Girls, don't waste your money on this product. It doesn't wash off well and leaves your hair feeling stiff. It's impossible to rinse off from your skin.
Not very user-friendly
This is not a scrub! It's a gelatinous mess that not only fails to exfoliate, but also refuses to rinse off from your hair. In my opinion, this is the worst product ever.
The scrub effectively cleanses and cools the scalp, although I wouldn't say it can be used as a shampoo. But personally, it is a wonderful option for scalp care.
The shampoo is noticeably pleasant and has a great minty scent. It lathers well and cleanses effectively. However, it didn't work for me as my scalp becomes oily by the next day, even though I have a normal scalp type.
This product is extremely and very poor.
The scent and sensation of menthol are really cool. However, using a scrub for the scalp is totally pointless, I believe it can't handle the job alone like a shampoo. It is very difficult to apply, has a strange black color, and it's scary how hard it is to wash off.
Suitable for a bald head. It is very difficult to distribute and clean on a head with long hair. In terms of consistency, it is similar to black slime, which does a very poor job of washing out. I feel like an executioner towards my own head.
I have used it a couple of times already, and I can say that the amount used from this small jar is not too much. It lathers well, and I really liked the refreshing feeling after the menthol. It added volume, but not too much. There are not many scrub particles, but it is enough for my hair. It also rinses out well, no problems with long hair.
This product is suitable for short hair. However, for long hair, the scrub particles get stuck throughout the length and it becomes difficult to reach the scalp.
This product can hardly be called a scrub as there are very few particles in it. It also didn't perform well as a shampoo as it doesn't lather. On the positive side, it has a nice scent and gives a cooling sensation on the skin. It is also cost-effective and doesn't harm the hair or skin. However, I won't purchase it again as I didn't see much benefit from using it and I don't understand its effectiveness.
I have never tried a scalp scrub before. I didn't like it because it is very wasteful and the jar is really tiny. In my opinion, there aren't that many exfoliating particles. After applying and massaging it, I felt a strong burning sensation from the menthol, which I didn't expect at all. I see in the comments that people say it makes their hair stay fresh a little longer, but mine were still dirty as usual, so the scrub didn't have any effect.
This product is strange and ambiguous. I bought it to compare it with another scrub. The price for this volume is way too high, and it also has a high consumption rate. The consistency is not convenient for evenly distributing it on the scalp. After using it, there is a pleasant refreshing sensation that quickly fades away, leaving the scalp clean and fresh. I definitely won't buy it again, as there are better alternatives available.
I have hair below my shoulder blades, and they are quite thick.
I can't say that the usage is minimal, but I didn't use half of the jar at once. It's somewhere in the middle in terms of usage.
After using it, my hair felt light and cool, like a feather.
However, it didn't add any volume because my hair is already naturally voluminous.
I needed a little more water to rinse off all the scrub particles.
Overall, it's a good purchase.
The jar is small, but it also has a small consumption. It cleanses the scalp excellently, cools it down, smells good, and rinses off easily. I use it once every 1.5-2 weeks, and after 5 uses, less than a quarter of the jar has been used.
The scrub is fantastic!
I really liked the scrub, even a lot. It's perfect for those who prefer gentle scrubs without going overboard. It applies easily and washes off effortlessly. The black color was a little confusing at first, but the sensations are pleasant, and there is a refreshing coolness to it. Overall, I highly recommend it to those who enjoy these kinds of products.
It's too early to judge the effect, but here are my initial impressions. By the time I used it, my hair was weighed down by various products and clearly needed a good cleansing. So, I decided to apply the product after my regular shampoo. The product resembles black jelly with small scrub particles. It slightly cools the skin (the mild sensation lingers for some time). I applied it, massaged it thoroughly, left it on for about 5 minutes, and rinsed it off. In principle, my hair already seemed quite clean, but I applied a second shampoo, followed by conditioner, and finished with leave-in oil. I air-dried my hair without a hairdryer. This is my first scrub, and I liked the texture of the product, as well as the sensations on my hair and scalp immediately after washing. Let's see the effect.
I liked the scrub because it provides a refreshing sensation, but the exfoliating particles are very small, so it cleanses weakly.
The scent of menthol is very sharp, but I liked it. The texture is pleasant. After using the scrub, there is a very nice volume near the roots.
The scrub needs to be rinsed off with shampoo, but it works great. The exfoliating particles are small and do not harm the bulbs. The roots stay fresh longer after use, but it is important to remember that scrubs cannot be used frequently. If used as instructed, once a month, it should last for a very long time. I will definitely get more.
I don't understand why it says here that this is a scrub-shampoo! It's simply a scalp scrub with menthol. My hair is currently shedding a lot, so I specifically got this to warm up my scalp. It increases blood flow to the hair follicles and reduces hair loss. It works for me.
The consistency of this product is like mud from a swamp with small scrubbing particles, a black liquid))) but it doesn't bother me, it's actually kind of cool. It rinses out well, even with a natural shampoo.
