The hair dye is terrible. It did not cover my gray hair at all. I wasted my money. I used to use igora from a different line, and with each use, it got worse and didn't stick well to my hair. I need to switch to a different hair dye.
I purchased shade 5-113 and added blue toner to it (I have a warm reddish shade in my hair). My goal was to achieve a cool dark blonde. The dye did the job and I am thrilled with the result. However, the happiness was short-lived as the dye faded after the 4th wash on my gray hairs. But the overall shade remained, and for that, I am grateful. Despite the poor hold on gray hair (which is expected as gray hair lacks pigment that permanent dye works with), I still plan on buying this dye because it leaves my hair soft and shiny. Plus, it has a pleasant scent, even though it clearly contains ammonia. In conclusion, I am satisfied and I hope they haven't discontinued it.
