Definitely not worth the money.
It's something in between a serum and a scented water, slightly moisturizing and brightening, but the effect is very mild. Compared to Korean toners - it's basically zero.
The smell is unpleasant. You expect lilies or something similar, but no, it's just ordinary, boring, cosmetic. For this money, you can buy a couple of liters of fragrant water and get the same effect.
