Girls, listen up. I used to use a complete set of Korean whitening cosmetics to get rid of my pigmentation spots - about 3 or 4 products, including this toner. I used it for six months straight, every day, morning and night, ONLY these products and no other cosmetics except for the Korean brand Mizon. I only used the Biokon cream with SPF 50. Plus, I never went out in the sun without SPF 50 for the entire six months. And here's the result: I had a big double pigmentation spot, like Gorbachev, but I completely got rid of it. This result lasted for two years until I became careless. After those six months (with Korean cosmetics), I switched to simpler but still whitening Polish cosmetics. As soon as I lost focus after two years and stopped applying SPF 50 consistently before going out in the sun for just a few days, the spots reappeared. So, the conclusion is that Korean cosmetics really work and work very well, but you will see real results only after 180 days of daily use in the morning and evening, with daily sun protection and the use of cream with SPF 50 or higher.
Great toner, I use it for my daily skincare routine. I have combination skin. It is lightweight, non-sticky, and indeed, makeup applies better on it.

Today, this toner has run out. It has a pleasant consistency that I prefer much more than liquid toners. However, it reminds me more of an emulsion rather than a toner.
