Apply the All In One Eye Primer to the entire eyelid using your finger or the Concealer & Camouflage Brush. Wait for the primer to dry before applying your eyeshadow.
I really liked it, it works well, beautifully evens out the color of the eyelids, the eyeshadows stay on well, and you don't need anything else from a base. The only thing is, I haven't figured out yet which base from Artdeco I like more - the classic one or this one? For now, I like them both.
The product fails to effectively fixate shadows, but it does have a nice color. It brightens the skin without bleaching it and conceals veins.
I bought this base for makeup as a replacement for the Maybelline New York Color Tattoo 24 Hour 91 Creme de rose, which is not available for sale. The Artdeco base is presented in the shade 01 Balance, a lovely pastel color with a subtle peachy undertone. It suits light skin perfectly and has a lighter texture, applying better than Maybelline. I am satisfied.
