Montale Candy Rose Eau de Parfum

For those who are into it. I tried a mini version of this makeup product and immediately noticed a strong smell that resembled hair dye. It was sharp and slightly bitter. If you prefer sweet scents, this might not be the right choice for you.

I've only tried samples of Montale Candy Rose and Montale Roses Musk so far. And I must say, I liked Candy better. Now I want to get a full-size bottle. (The delivery to Ukraine was excellent, with couriers always delivering on the same day.)

I have never come across a fragrance better than this, and I have tried many. It lasts a very long time. Even after several washes, I can still smell the notes on my clothes, and my outerwear smells as if it has just been freshly spritzed. I will definitely be purchasing more.

What can I say about this water? It's mine! (I've always been amazed by comments like "disgusting" - "delightful"). I tested it in the store and pre-ordered a sample here to make sure. Then I bought the full size. Everything is fine.

First, I would like to talk about the product itself, specifically the perfume. Before ordering it on the website, I read all the reviews and was a bit shocked at how different they were, completely polar opposite. I got the impression that either the product would be really great or of poor quality.

In my case, it was the first option. I won't go into too much detail, but I can guarantee that I received the original product because I often come across counterfeits in my line of work. As a side note, you can even tell if the perfume is genuine just by looking at the packaging. Everything matters, from the font on the box to the label attached, and even the case in which you receive the product. In this case, everything matched - the scent, packaging, and case. No doubts about it!

However (if I could, I would write "however" in a larger font), I had an unpleasant situation with the courier.

Imagine a situation where you receive a message that the item has been shipped and the courier is already at your door in an hour. "Great," you might say, and I would reply, "Yes," but only if you have the necessary amount of money (the total cost of my order was around 2000-3000 thousand - I apologize, I don't remember the exact amount). So you can imagine my surprise when the courier arrived and demanded the required amount. Like any normal person, I don't carry such a large sum of money with me every day, although maybe I should reconsider my financial policy. Anyway, when I asked why they didn't simply call and inform me about their arrival, the courier replied that they tried calling but I didn't answer, which is not true because I didn't miss any calls. So, my question is, even if the courier did try to call (which I doubt), can they deliver the product if they don't know if someone is actually present at the workplace? (I had the delivery made to my office).

In summary, as they say, "a bitter aftertaste remains." If possible, please have a conversation with the courier who works in Zaporizhia because I was just lucky that there are still kind people who helped me gather the necessary amount.

I give the product 5 stars, no complaints about it.
But something needs to be done about the courier.
