I ordered a shampoo for shine and nourishment, but received one for weakened and prone to hair loss. It's not critical, but it's not pleasant either. I did want to receive what I actually ordered.
The shampoo is gentle and doesn't dry out the scalp. It doesn't lather too much, which is completely normal for a sulfate-free shampoo. If you wash your hair with it twice in a row, your hair becomes soft and shiny.
My hair is long, thin, and not porous. It gently cleanses the scalp, and afterwards, the hair is easy to comb through (although I still use conditioner or a mask). I have bought it several times already and will continue to buy it.

It worked well for my dry hair, especially for the roots which tend to get oily. I don't have to straighten it as much with a flat iron because it already sits nicely. Thank you.

My hair gets oily as usual, a day after washing, but it's not a problem for me. The only downside is that it doesn't work well in removing styling products. In such cases, I use a sulfate shampoo.
I love it! It leaves my hair soft and shiny, and it easily enhances my natural curls, even when I don't use conditioner.
The scents of these shampoos are very subtle and remind me of something pleasant from my childhood...
