Mix the powder with a 6, 9 or 12% developer in the 1:2 proportion. Stir together until they are thoroughly combined and the consistency doesn’t drip. Use a non-metallic bowl. Apply to hair and leave it on for 20 to 45 minutes. Rinse hair with lukewarm water.
I really liked this powder. Surprisingly, my hair looks alive and not over-dried after using it. Additionally, it lightens very well. I have thin hair, so I used the powder with a 3% developer (although, as far as I know, this line usually uses developers of 6% and higher). I mixed 1 part of the powder with 2 parts of the 3% developer, and in just 15 minutes, it lightened my hair by 2 tones. I highly recommend purchasing it.
