Apply a tiny amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush the teeth in circular motions, gently massaging gums. Rinse the mouth with water, swish for 20-30 seconds and then spit out. Use twice a day after meals.

My teeth are not too yellow, but I drink coffee and smoke. I have used President and Signal toothpaste. Sensitivity was not a problem at all. Hot or cold, it didn't matter, everything was fine. I fell for the reviews: this toothpaste caused dull, persistent toothaches within 3 days. They ache endlessly, 24/7, even without any irritants. One point against it is the high price. Think twice before buying it. PS: The effect of using this toothpaste for 6 cleanings is equivalent to the effect of using President toothpaste. In other words, it is not strongly expressed, it is weak. If you're looking for toothpaste, it's easier to buy President, it's available on Makeup.
Great, I can see the effect after two uses, I am satisfied with the purchase.
So far, it is my favorite. It's not a super whitening toothpaste, of course, but the effect is much better than other toothpastes in this price range and lower.
It doesn't foam, and the consumption is higher than other toothpastes due to its natural ingredients.
I must mention that this is the only whitening toothpaste that, even after prolonged use, did not cause tooth sensitivity.
The key feature of this toothpaste is as follows:
1. High level of xylitol (11%) - a natural component that restores the pH balance, has antibacterial effects, and promotes the effective absorption of necessary mineral components from the toothpaste and saliva.
2. Potassium fluoride (1470 ppm F) - potassium fluoride is one of the most effective forms of fluoride.
3. Hydrogen peroxide (0.1%) - actively bleaches teeth from within without damaging the enamel.
4. Potassium citrate - additionally reduces tooth sensitivity.
5. Calcium phosphate - strengthens the enamel during the whitening process. The toothpaste does not contain SLS and parabens. It is low-abrasive.
