Despite the sharpness of the composition, the base still sounds soft due to the high-quality materials. Just give the perfume half an hour to settle. I don't regret the purchase, although it's not my 100% favorite scent. It's perfect for confident women who want to be noticed in their little black dress. I recommend it to those who know Chanel No. 5, Dune, and Agent Provocateur. Others will need to grow into it.

Chypre is my favorite direction in perfumery. The scent has character. It is different from the vintage version (I have perfumes). The vintage version is more intense and deep, but the modern version is very nice. My love. PS: for those who are not familiar with chypre fragrances in general, it is better to test somewhere before buying solely based on reviews. Otherwise, you might blame yourself and not the fragrance and its fans.

It is still the same, just the bottle has changed a little. One of the few masterpieces from the 80s that has survived in its original form to this day. Many more years to come, Paloma! I came across a miniature version of this perfume when I was 20 years old. At the time, I was all about Rock 'n' Roll by Valentino. And then came Paloma. The result was obvious.

And now, after a decade, I find this black miniature again. And it... in combination with the dry yellow autumn, is something so beautiful, enveloping, and feminine. Paloma is with me everywhere. I have already purchased the bottle (30ml, I was afraid it might be a replica). I won't talk about the notes, as everyone has their own nose, perception, and childhood imprints. But for me, there is no sharpness, only a comforting soft warmth with no sweetness and a non-sharp spiciness. A noble fragrance, beautiful and iridescent. And it always greets me when I shower and wash my hair - the last fragrant chord with steam and hot water on my hair. I love it.

Lately, I have been applying it only to my hair - the fragrance unfolds differently, with less ylang-ylang, mainly I feel a bunch of bitter flowers and herbs: chamomile, immortelle, yarrow, and something else bitter and spicy. But all these scents are alive, not like when you overdose on medicinal hay. I don't have any associations with a strict boss or anything sharp like that. Rather, it's like the embrace of a wise friend who will always support and understand you.

I have vintage miniatures and new ones. There is a difference, but it is small. Vintage ones sound rounder, softer, creamier. But you can only understand this in a side-by-side test.

As I walk past my coat, I can still catch hints of it! Of course, I would recommend testing any fragrance before buying it! But I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer "fruity" scents! I can only imagine how it sounded in the earlier versions! When they could use natural ingredients! Now, my dream is to acquire the vintage version! But for now, I am enjoying my modern purchase! Also, I didn't sense any artificialness, even though I was quite afraid of that in the modern product! Overall, it is beautiful to me! And for the fall-winter period, it is absolutely perfect!

These are normal. They have a mossy, earthy scent with a slight animalistic undertone, which is in line with the fragrance type. The intensity of the scent is comparable to other modern perfumes, offering a rich aroma.
