Apply a small amount of the toothpaste to a toothbrush. Brush teeth in a circular motion while gently massaging the gums. Rinse the mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.
Carefully whitens, does not scratch the enamel. The result is noticeable after a few uses. I use it after toothpaste, along with "tus-muss" (a gel for enamel restoration and strengthening) recommended by my dentist. I also bought it here.
